STD has become China’s first UL TPTDP lab in compatible LED tubes. Responsible for UL testing and report preparation in compatible LED tubes without UL supervision, STD can award the certificate after audit of the report and test data by UL. The compatible LED tubes have provided a revolutionary solution to the previous drawback of LED tubes which can’t be replaced on traditional holders. To be directly inserted onto traditional holders and installed by consumers, they need no change to traditional tube wiring and are compatible with traditional ballasts on the market, thus reducing retrofit costs. Different from retrofit LED tubes, the compatible LED tubes can be affixed with UL Listed mark and sold in the U.S. market. |
