Internationally-recognized EE Testing Laboratory
The energy efficiency laboratory established by Standard-Tech has been recognized by A2LA (cert. no. 4703.01 & 4703.02) and EPA (Org. ID: 1140168), achieving a high market share.

In 2012, Standard-Tech was officially recognized as a testing laboratory for ENERGY STAR Program.


In 2013, Standard-Tech was recognized by international authoritiesIn the same year, Standard-Tech test lab has been accepted as Lighting Facts LM79 testing lab. The test reports issued by Standard-Tech can be used for apply for Energy Star, Lighting Facts labels and DLC, which are allowed to be widely used in North American market.

In 2014, Standard-Tech was approved as a testing laboratory by California Energy Commission (CEC) of California, the U.S., and attended DLC stakeholder meeting. 

In 2015, Standard-Tech maintained a good relationship with DLC and became a sponsor of the 2015 DLC stakeholder Meeting. In the
same year, a professional energy laboratory was established in Ningbo to better serve lighting manufacturers in East China.


In 2017, Standard-Tech was added into DLC approved LM-79 Test lab list. In the same year, Ningbo Lab was accredited by international authorities.

In 2019, Standard-Tech was added energy efficient test standard into A2LA accreditation scope, certificate number:4703.01. In the same year, Ningbo Lab obtained A2LA accreditation, certificate number: 4703.02.

About DLC

The DesignLights Consortium® (DLC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to accelerating the widespread adoption of high-performing commercial lighting solutions. The DLC promotes high-quality, energy-efficient lighting products in collaboration with utilities and energy efficiency program members, manufacturers, lighting designers, and federal, state, and local entities. Through these partnerships, the DLC establishes product quality specifications, facilitates thought leadership, and provides information, education, tools and technical expertise.
